What will be your responsibilites? 

  • Know the assigned portfolio and manage it in a dynamic and efficient way. 
  • Carry out the optimal strategy, trying to maximise debt recovery. 
  • Develop agreements and present resolution proposals. 
  • Work in collaboration with other areas for the best resolution of cases. 
  • Achieve the targets set for the portfolio.
What do we need from you?

  •  Secondary education level (mandatory)At least two years' experience in a similar position.

Legal Collector

Our Legal Collectors are experts in credit recovery. They manage various legal proceedings, carrying out the necessary actions and maintaining contact with all parties involved in the process. Their goal is to establish the best and most suitable debt repayment solutions while adhering to the company’s processes and procedures. In a modern work environment with vast development opportunities, empathy and professionalism are at the core of our approach.

About the Role:

  • Ensure compliance with judicial deadlines and carry out necessary legal actions.

  • Negotiate, draft, and monitor payment agreements with debtors or their legal representatives.

  • Handle and update judicial documentation in the system.

  • Support Debt Collectors by clarifying legal issues related to extrajudicial processes.

  • Record all relevant information in the system, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • University degree in Law.

  • Active Professional License / Registration with the Portuguese Bar Association.

  • Experience in Enforcement Proceedings and Insolvency Law.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

  • Knowledge of English (preferred).

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

  • Team spirit.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

About the Role

  • Support for the team and internal end users.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, familiar with troubleshooting LAN and WAN connectivity issues.

  • Understand business processes, suggest improvements and automation, and actively participate in their implementation.

  • Upload customer data into the system within the established terms and conditions, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.

  • Support collection activities: execute tasks and modify data in the system accurately and within deadlines.

  • Verify the accuracy of data extracted from the system in reports, according to company requirements.

  • Test system developments carried out both internally and by external vendors.

What You Should Have:

  • Completed or ongoing higher education

  • Knowledge of PC operations

  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PL/SQL)

Accounting manager

The finance department is responsible for implementing the right systems and processes to keep the company financially sustainable and compliant with legislation. As an accountant, you will have to accurately input and maintain bookkeeping records, as well as contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial systems. This is a very hands -on role in which we provide an environment that allows you to develop your strengths.

About the job (Main Tasks)

  • Monthly closing transactions and procedures, • Work with statutory auditors (twice a year), 
  • Together with an Accounting manager, prepare tax returns and other legally required reports, 
  • Collecting, classifying and posting invoices into Primavera, 
  • Bank transactions posting into Primavera, 
  • Verification of accounting documents compliance, 
  • Bank accounts reconciliation, control over current accounts and credit cards.
  • Review and payment of invoices, taxes, reimbursements and other expenses,
What you bring (Qualifications)

Must-have:

  • Portuguese Certified Accountant, 
  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, or finance co-related. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting. 
  • IFRS knowledge is an advantage. 
  • Practical knowledge of Portuguese Taxation. 
  • Expertise in usage of Primavera is a must. MS Excel – good level. 
  • English language knowledge – A2 minimum.
