About the Role:

Ensure compliance with judicial deadlines and carry out necessary legal actions.

Negotiate, draft, and monitor payment agreements with debtors or their legal representatives.

Handle and update judicial documentation in the system.

Support Debt Collectors by clarifying legal issues related to extrajudicial processes.
-
Record all relevant information in the system, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
-
University degree in Law.
-
Active Professional License / Registration with the Portuguese Bar Association.
-
Experience in Enforcement Proceedings and Insolvency Law.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
-
Knowledge of English (preferred).
