We keep growing at EOS in Portugal. That is why we seek to incorporate people for the position of an Asset Manager to join our team in Lisbon. The mission will be to establish a relationship of trust with customers to reach an agreement beneficial to both parties. 

What will be your responsibilites? 

• Know the assigned portfolio and manage it in a dynamic and efficient way. 
• Carry out the optimal strategy, trying to maximise debt recovery. 
• Develop agreements and present resolution proposals. 
• Work in collaboration with other areas for the best resolution of cases. 
• Achieve the targets set for the portfolio.

What do we need from you?

•  Secondary education level (mandatory)At least two years' experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• STeam-minded and results orientedInElementary level of English .
